Our commitment

x2o Studio wants everyone to be able to use our website, our app, and our studios. We are working to make our digital experience usable by as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, screen magnification, voice control, and other assistive technologies.

The standard we are working toward

We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities.

We are not there yet. We are actively identifying and fixing barriers on our site, and we are treating this as ongoing work rather than a one-time project.

Known limitations

We want to be straightforward about where we currently fall short:

  • Class booking and account management. Booking runs through a third-party scheduling platform embedded in our site. We are working with that provider on its accessibility and do not control its code directly. If you have difficulty booking online, please call us and a member of our team will book your class for you.
  • Some text on our site does not yet have sufficient colour contrast against its background, which can make it hard to read for people with low vision. We have identified the specific areas affected and are correcting them.

If you need help, we will help you

If any part of our website is difficult or impossible for you to use, contact us and a person will assist you directly. We can book classes, explain pricing, sign you up, manage your membership, and answer questions by phone or email.

Accessibility at our studios

Our studios are open to everyone. If you have a disability, injury, or condition that affects how you move, tell your instructor before class and they will adapt the workout for you — that is a normal part of what our instructors do. If you would like to discuss accommodations before your first visit, or have questions about physical access at a particular location, please call the studio or email us and we will talk it through with you.

Service animals are welcome at all of our locations.

Tell us what is not working

If you encounter a barrier on our website or app, we want to hear about it. Please email hi@x2ostudio.com with:

  • The page or URL where you ran into the problem
  • What you were trying to do
  • The assistive technology, browser, and device you were using, if you know

Reports go to a monitored inbox and help us prioritize fixes.

Ongoing work

We are conducting accessibility reviews of our website, correcting issues we find, working with our third-party providers on their accessibility, and building accessibility into how we make changes going forward.
